The pandemic continues to test the limits of Sri Lanka’s healthcare infrastructure, and most hospitals are in need of basic instruments and equipment to safely treat infected patients.
Manitha Neyam Trust is trying to help the hospitals effectively battle the pandemic and donated the following to two hospitals in the Mullaitivu district last month.
Puthukudiyiruppu Base Hospital
- 100 PPE kits
- 100 goggles
- 100 face shields
- 150 KN 95 masks
- 1 ICU bed
