As the raging pandemic tests the limits of Sri Lanka’s healthcare infrastructure, most hospitals are in need of basic instruments and equipment to safely treat the infected patients. Hospitals are overflowing with patients, healthcare workers are exhausted, and supplies are limited.
Considering the dire situation, Manitha Neyam Trust provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to hospitals in Mannar and Manthai MOH. As a part of the project, 300 kits of PPE were handed over to the hospital directors.
