The pandemic continues to test the limits of Sri Lanka’s healthcare system, and most hospitals are in need of basic equipment to safely treat the infected patients. Hospitals are overflowing with patients, healthcare workers are exhausted, and supplies are limited.
Considering the dire situation, Manitha Neyam Trust is trying to help the hospitals to effectively battle the pandemic. We donated infusion pumps and 150 oxygen masks to the Trincomalee base hospital.
