Many know we live in a fast-growing digital age, where technology has impacted every part of our lives. It has become crucial across age groups, to learn the basics of computers and technology.
Manitha Neyam Trust has partnered with local organizations to conduct education sessions on basic computer and technology, in rural villages across Sri Lanka. These education sessions have largely been carried out for young adults & women in these communities.
In line with this initiative, the most recent computer & technology training session took place in Mavilangathurai Village, Arayampathy Divisional Secretariat Division. The executive director & project manager of Vivekananda Community Foundation, Mavilangathurai Village Service Officer, and temple administration head also participated in the event. After the final day of the training, the next steps for the students to apply their training was discussed.
Thanks to donors, Manitha Neyam Trust provided financial assistance to this initiative! We are grateful to the Vivekananda Community Foundation for executing this program
